The Crofts

  We have had so much fun since being in Colorado--it seems everyone wants to come and visit us--at least that's what I tell myself--it has nothing to do with Colorado being an awesome place to visit. :)  The Crofts are some of our CLOSET friends.  A little background--we met them just a few months after we got married.  Ryan actually met them in the Walmart checkout line on a Saturday night at like 11pm.  He was buying Texas toast and it was Halloween...I guess some guy wearing leopard pants walked in and Jada turned back to Ryan and said "you wishing you had a pair, right?" They laughed and then they just kept chatting in line and on the way out in the parking lot....they figured out we lived in the same apartment complex and Ryan basically set me up with Jada.  We had our first date at their ward because we were kinda ward hopping trying to figure out where we wanted to go....and the rest is history. Two kids each, college degrees, and several moves later we are still the best of friends!  Here is Jada and I...in my 'lovely' back yard.:)

And here are Tom and Ryan....Aren't they a darling couple--obviously once we lost the light we got a little silly.  Tom and Jada are definitely the friends that we can say or do whatever we want and it doesn't matter because they are right there doing it with us! 

We really did have SO MUCH FUN!  We made pizza's, went the rec center and swam a couple times, went to the park, worked on our quiet books together, chased away a fake robber, went out to dinner together, laughed and cried, shopped til we dropped--you know becky and jada style.  It was 9 days of fun and craziness!  I miss you Croft Family--return to us anytime!
